I’m Russian and have a citizenship in the Russian Federation, but for some reasons I'm living and studying in Germany right now. I contacted the Russian representative office and was advised to apply directly.
Could you please provide me with some detailed information on the application procedure? What kind of documents do I have to submit? What is the deadline for submission? Is it required to supply any recommendation letters from teachers?
