Present Perfect образуется по формуле to have + причастие прошедшего времени. To have в настоящем времени должно принимать лицо и число, соответствующее лицу и числу подлежащего. У вас третьего лица практически нет, а причастие почти везде настоящего времени. Вместо fallen, written, got и так далее.
