The given fragment of the text is a propaganda article which in comparison of two opposite political systems shows advantages of a socialist way of life before capitalist in which the power tries to earn even on citizens of own country.

But practice has shown that 35 years later:
1.free services in the conditions of capitalism don't prove themselves
2.crises are all over the USA and Europe, and we don't even mind because we're here... forever
