Исследовательская работа посвящена облитерирующему атеросклерозу нижних конечностей. Данная проблема очень актуальна, так как занимает первое место по частоте среди облитерирующих заболеваний периферических артерий. Данная патология приводит к стойкой нетрудоспособности, а иногда и вовсе к ампутации конечности. Вопрос лечения имеет важное значение в плане сохранения качества жизни на достаточно высоком уровне. Целью исследования является изучения эффективности поясничной симпатэктомии, при облитерирующем атеросклерозе нижних конечностей. Был проведен обзор литературы, а также были изучены истории болезни пациентов. В данной работе представлены результаты хирургического лечения 13 пациентов с облитерирующем атеросклерозе нижних конечностей. Эффективность данного лечения оценивалось при помощи анализа опросника SF-36 до операции и через 2 месяца после неё. Исследование проводилось в Областной больнице среди пациентов с 2017 по 2018 годы. По результатам исследования в отдаленном периоде положительный результат отмечался 83,1% пациентов. Что позволяет прийти к выводу о том, что пациенты имеют улучшение жизни в физическом и психологическом компонентах здоровья.

The research work is devoted to obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremities. This problem is very urgent, as it ranks first in frequency among obliterating diseases of peripheral arteries. This pathology leads to persistent disability, and sometimes even to limb amputation. The issue of treatment is important in terms of maintaining the quality of life at a sufficiently high level. The aim of the study is to study the effectiveness of lumbar sympathectomy, with obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower limbs. A literature review was conducted, and patient records were also studied. In this paper, the results of surgical treatment of 13 patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremities are presented. The effectiveness of this treatment was assessed by the analysis of the SF-36 questionnaire before the operation and 2 months after it. The study was conducted in the Regional Hospital among patients from 2017 to 2018. According to the results of the study in the long-term period, 83.1% of patients were positive. That allows to come to a conclusion that patients have an improvement of life in the physical and psychological components of health.
