1. This boy opens this door
2. He have to go tothe tower on foot (в этом случае have a не has т. к. это модальнй глагол)
3. This railway station has a door. There is a door at this railway station.
4. Well we are going to the church tower.
5. We can see a dwelling house.

открывать - to open- The boy opens the door.
У всех глаголов в настоящем времени Present Indefinite(Simple) (кроме модальных can, may, must) - окончание в 3м лице ед. ч. -s
He has to walk..
There are some doors at this railway station.
So we go to the church tower. Башня известна нам.
We see ...
to look - смотреть, to see - видеть.

мне кажется да, но предл. номер 1 не правильно this boy open this door
