На Конференции будут выступления.. . сопровождающиеся показом слайдов. Мы готовы выслать материалы. В какое время вы желали бы получить тексты и слайды?

Немного поправила:

Would you please tell me for how many days before the Conference, we should send you the text and slides of speaker M. Saktaganov`s presentation and T.Kaplan`s presentation text?

в деловой переписке не желательно много лить воду и особенно нельзя унижаться.
я бы написал так:

could you please advise when in advance it would be best to send a draft of Mr.Saktaganov's and Mr.Kaplan's presentation for your review?
