О Господи, Господи. Ну почему же все думают, что забросив в переводчик, получат правильный ответ без согласования расстановки слов, артиклей и времен. Я напишу сейчас перевод и попытаюсь обьяснить, почему и в чём ошибки.

Could you please tell me, how can I communicate with him or give his e-mail at least? (at least всегда употребляется только и исключительно в конце предложения) . I really need this, I know, that he has already gone(здесь в обязательном порядке простое перфектное время, поскольку мы знаем, что он уехал, но нет указания на точную дату) to (в связке со странами, если человек уехал/побывал всегда только to и никогда in) Sweden now. Help me please. Thank you.
