Вообще-то и русский текст нуждается в редактировании. Предыдущий перевод наиболее приемлем. Но все же кое-что нужно подправить. Nostalgic - слишком bookish в таком тексте.
Насчет разделительного предложения - очень хорошая идея.

Я думаю под этой фразой Вы имели в виду, что человек испытывает те же ощущения, что и Вы, чувствует то же самое, поэтому в скобках предложила как вариант - And you feel the same, don't you? в виде разделительного вопроса, чтобы не звучало слишком категорично, а лишь как предположение" Ты ведь тоже это чувствуешь, не так ли? "
