Это неопределённо личные предложения со сказуемым во множественном числе 3 лице. В русском языке в них НЕТ подлежащего, НО это не значит, что его тоже нет и в английском. Если Вам нужен грамотный перевод (а не разговорный стиль, где опускается всё что угодно) , то обязательно не забудьте про подлежащее. Можно перевести как пассивом, так и активом, в котором Вы сами вводите подлежащее.
