Английский язык. сочинение. Проверьте пожалуйста на ошибки

Я поясню ваши ошибки. (цифра обозначает порядковый номер фразы) .
1. Почему разные артикли у существительных iniform и dress-code? Это нелогично. Я бы написал везде неопределенный артикль.
2. Whether is the... т. к. это вопросительное предложение. Хотя можно обойтись и без whether, написать просто Is there a difference....что переводится так же: Есть ли разница.. .
3. В вашей фразе нет подлежащего, а это недопустимо. Должно быть обязательно как-то обозначено, КТО требует дресс-код. Думаю, что вполне возможно написать ""they demand", что будет переводиться "требуют".
5. А здесь нет сказуемого (глагола) , что тоже неправильно. Правильно так: Whether is it so?
6. to carry - носить вещи, груз. А носить одежду - to wear. Я напишу эту фразу так: The dress-code is only easy restrictions in what you should to carry. (заменил small на easy, потому что small применяется обычно к предметам, а не к отвлеченным понятиям)
7. to observe - наблюдать; вы, видимо, хотели сказать соблюдать - to keep.
8. Whether is it....-и в конце предложения нужен вопросительный знак.
10....a symbolical character.
11. Это по русски говорят "НА похороны", а по-английски будет to the funeral

в начале второго абзаца предлог "At" не нужен. а больше ошибок я не наблюдала
