Конструкция "You shall" употребляется в случаях выражения долженствования, т. е. с модальным оттенком. "you will" - обычное будущее время.
Кстати, у Вас опечатка в обращении к Casike. Правильно "Thou shalT" (см. заповеди в Библии, к примеру: http://www.google.com/search?hl=ru&safe=off&q="Thou+shalt+not+steal&btnG=РџРѕРёСЃРє&lr= )

shall чаще всего применяется в рекомендательном значении - "тебе следует сделать то-то и то-то", а will - обычная форма будущего времени - "ты сделаешь то-то и то-то"
