because it's not the last time you try to find a job. It's always a challenge for you If you are a success now, do you really think you'll sort it out ?
4) Даже если он проснулся 5 секунд назад Did you sleep well?...

may be compamy neendt in people now – млжет быть компания не нуждается в людях сейчас
- The company may not need any people now.
why you dont want? - Why don't you want?
i wanna that you think not only about one mouth or one year . i want that you think for many year. because it is not last time when you try to find work. it is will be everytime your problem. if you will find now you think your problems is finished?
- I want you to think not only during a (one) month per year. I want you to think for many years ahead, because it isn't the last time you are trying to find a job. Everytime it'll be your problem. Do you think your problem be resolved if you find your work (job) now?

Если человек проснулся пять минут назад и хочешь его спросить как спалось, какой вариант правильный: didn you sleep good? Или Have you sleep good?
- Have you slept well? = Did you sleep well?
