On the 23rd and 24th of January, Garrison Military Court examined the criminal case involving the death in the army of (NAME) from the Tula Region. He has been called up for military service on the 19th of December, 2005, and served military obligations at the military unit (Nr.), in the Volgograd Region. On the 25th of May, he died. (NAME) was accused of violating article 286, part III, title "a", and "b", of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, (abuse of office with force, with ensuing heavy consequences). An attorney stood for the maternal interests of the deceased. The proceeding was won: under sentence of court (NAME) was accounted to be guilty in the imputed deed and condemned to 3 years of detention enduring the punishment in correctional colonies of general regime. The troop unit (Nr.) must recompense the mother of the deceised 300 thousand roubles by way of compensation of moral damage for the death of her son.

The lawsuit was gained: ФИО was considerated (admitted) guilty in Incriminated offence and he was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment with completing his term in common routine reformatory. The Troop unit № is obliged to compensate 300 thousand roubles as a compensation of moral harm for the son's death.
