световой сигнал вызова
предупредительный световой сигнал, маячные огни

Речь идёт, видимо, о такси. О зёлёном "маячке", который говорит о том, что такси свободно
Во второй строчке не fade, а fare

Я включил световой сигнал "свободен"
Мне б ещё одного пассажира сегодня...

beacon light = call light = предупредительный световой сигнал ( возможно габаритные огни у автомобиля или какой-либо другой сигнал световой)

Ну во-первых, если ты спрашивал у двух учителей английского и они не смогли перевести, значит им самим в пору пойти учиться ЗАНОВО, а по сабжу:
песня Little City - Bon Jovi (слова ведь оттуда) , свяжись с автором текста и попроси его перевести текст по смыслу (может там метафора какая-то, ну к примеру имеется ввиду, а тут я смотрю дословно решили переводить)
